After visiting three times in the past two years and receiving a $100 gift card for my birthday, I'm eager to give flame and fire earmark. The setting is so beautiful, it feels like home from another world; one of the most enjoyable parts of being back in town.

Although the meats are delicious and perfectly cooked, they have a price to justify the service. The waitstaff is friendly and willing to share any meat you ask for, even though we often arrive late at restaurants due to their empty glasses.

The meat at this Brazilian steakhouse surprised me with its juicy and tangy pineapple and honeyed-on grilled cheese bites. However, I thought some of the pieces were too overcooked and chewy for my taste preference. Perhaps they made it easier to enjoy their main dishes instead?

During our date night, b and I dressed up and went to flame and fire without any prior reservations. We were relieved to have a seat there, but the staff at the front desk and general manager were very friendly and helpful, making it tense. It was one of those rare occasions where we could actually enjoy the experience.

The restaurant serves up a diverse selection of steaks, including all the popular cuts, as well as pork, chicken (both done with your hands), rice, broccoli, and other sides. If you're primarily interested in steak, this is the place to go.
