The deep dish pizza we ordered had a cardboard-like crust that was difficult to cut and chew, with no flavor present. The service provided did not meet our expectations when it arrived. We were disappointed because it took ages to arrive.
After obtaining a drink and food from the bar, I was pleased with the service provided. The bartender who attended my event was very helpful and accommodating, as well as quick and courteous. I would highly recommend going there and enjoying the experience.
The pizza I've been ordering from this place is always a hit, especially since we were packed with 20 people. We were given appetizers and salads, pasta for the kids, and pizzas that were fantastic. It was incredibly easy to order without any reservations.
During my daughter's baptism, we organized our own small party at this place. We decided to rent the banquet room and patio, which were both inexpensive and easy to use. The weather was typical for the celebration, but we also included a balloon arch for taking photos. I'm pleased with our decision!
The pizza crust at this restaurant was surprisingly good for my second visit, especially considering the high number of pizzas available. My first time here was hard and had too much sauce and no toppings; I went back for the deep dish pizza after that and it was thin and lack of flavor. Although there were some tasty garlic and parm cheese fries, I would have chosen the thin crust pizza instead.
Last time I went was for years, I wasn't a fan. So I ended up going back this week during the week (Elk Grove Restaurant Week) But even with the good deal last year, there is no reason to go again: Poor service... Waiting for 10 minutes after being seated in an empty dining room!
Upon my arrival at the chicago fire in elk grove, I was immediately drawn to the vibe and energy of the restaurant. The staff members were friendly and there were even signs advertising it on the wall; I felt like I could be part of an exclusive bar scene. I asked to sit upstairs after finishing my meal because the waitress had a warm spirit that made me feel more intimate than myself.
I can't fault their happy hour value of $6-$8 on top of the cocktail, wine, and beer deals. The food menu includes pizza, wings, salad, spinach, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, red onions, with a refreshing vinaigrette after each meal, as well as sandwiches from scratch for only $4- $10. Great service provided by the servers!
I had a great time at the place my family and I went to just yesterday. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly enough, and there was an employee named Jessica who spoke highly of our visit. We will definitely come back!
