The sushi at fujiya in elk grove is my new favorite spot. The food is delectable and the food served is of high quality. I particularly like the salmon poke, which is easy to handle, and also the wonton chip with an extra crispy kick. They serve delicious rolls and sandwiches that combine perfectly with their sauces. Their tea is well-brewed, while the beer on tap is excellent.
I arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 and was immediately greeted with shrimp and lobster appetizers, which were delicious! We also had gucci and evergreen roll. The overall experience was enjoyable, including excellent service from the waitress to the food; the portions were large and shared between customers.
Though not overly expensive, the chirashi is worth its thin and delicious sashimi (especially when fresh), which tends to be smaller in size, and the staff is generally polite and accommodating, unlike other places with this reputation.
Despite my location, I would frequent this area as it has fantastic nigiri and delicious seafood. The wagyu tar tari was also outstanding, and the food is always so good! We ordered more but unfortunately didn't receive enough photos; the presentation of each dish was beautiful and we appreciated their friendly service. All these things could be said to make great sandwiches.
I had a great time at this place and it's definitely not my last one. The sushi, including the lion king roll, volcano roll (my first sushi experience), and sakura roll in particular, is an absolute delight with its unique flavors and taste. Plus, the amazing fried chicken served with soy sauce is worth every penny!
The dining experience at this establishment is outstanding, with excellent service and ambiance. We enjoyed a variety of rolls including the green onion relish, tempura and melange nigiri morigawasi, as well as two sushi bowls that were simply amazing! The food was presented perfectly throughout, along with grilled black fish roe and an impressive sushi platter. I'm definitely going back to this place for another meal!
The last time I dined here with my sister, we were surrounded by a large group and our food choices were delicious. We chose the spicy edamame appetizer, evergreen roll, gucci roll (my favorite), while also trying out the tekka maki which was perfect for supper-perfect bite size portions.
Every occasion I've had a meal at this restaurant has been perfect, from catching up on dinner with my friends or attending Xmas dinner in the courtyard. The food and atmosphere were spotless, and the staff was attentive to our every need, including our plates and lighting fixtures.
It's undoubtedly one of the top sushi restaurants in elk Grove. The restaurant is spacious, with ample outdoor and indoor seating, and the waitstaff was welcoming throughout our meal. Although we were not informed of any issues during check-in, they were always helpful and accommodating. Our food was delicious; it might be pricier at times, but overall I would highly recommend this place.
The service and atmosphere at this establishment are outstanding, and it's perfect for a romantic dinner. I've never had lingering hunger or thirst. The oysters and sashimi served here are always fresh, plus they're accommodating to customers' requests.
