Despite visiting the place several times, I was dissatisfied with its deep and unsettling atmosphere, as Dr. Seuss had warned me about the lack of attentive service and food quality that has left me disappointed. This is where I will not return to this location after another unpleasant experience.
Although we didn't expect the hotel to be this nice, the staff and location are perfect. We also appreciated the DJ on Fridays and Saturdays who came to make us feel welcome and a great night. I would highly recommend the restaurant for any food or drinks during our stay, especially the ice cream parlor.
The seascapes, drinks and staff are excellent, but the atmosphere is lively. The only downside is the price tag and hidden gratuity behind every group's table. Check for yourself before making your reservation.
Despite the high prices and beautiful views, this spot is definitely worth visiting due to its stunning view and attentive service. The happy hour atmosphere is also quite enjoyable, with an impressive selection of food options available throughout the day.
The treehouse lounge owed me and my son 130% tip for the first night, even though we were informed beforehand through phone and text messages from manager ilya garcia and another employee about the gratuity. The food was unappealing while the overall atmosphere was acceptable; I'm not sure how this is even legal!
We arrived on a Saturday at 8pm for food and drinks, but the service was poor with limited staff and no room for conversation. I would still recommend this place to someone in need of upscale dining and supper. The food is not included in the price; it's more like what you pay for when you're nearby.
My two girls and I had a great time at this place on Sunday, where the server Hannah was incredibly helpful and attended to our needs. The manager Ron Robinson provided constant support throughout the day, and the food and drinks were delicious! We also appreciated the DJ, flowing drinks, good vibes, etc.
The airshow 2023 was the reason why I and two of my friends decided to stay here, but the service was terrible despite spending $200 on food and drinks. It was difficult to understand what it was like to be there at this time, as most people are too busy looking for something to do or see.
This is an excellent spot to relax with delicious cocktails and enjoy the stunning view of the ocean, with cozy chairs and fire pits. The waitstaff is overly friendly, but the food and drinks are stiff.
Although I'm not used to bars, this one was a pleasant surprise for me and my partner. The location was perfect for our anniversary celebration, but the crowds were too loud during the busy periods. Still, it was enjoyable! We went for some tasty drinks including ice cream and raspberry-flavored soda. It wasn't bad because "it's Sunday!"
