On the weekend, my friends and I visited Long Beach for an event. We were able to find this place through a yelp review, and we decided to try it out. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was not as good as we had anticipated, so we went with the regular chilaquiles instead. The salsa on top of the store was too acidic and left us feeling like we were eating junk.
This restaurant is a refreshing sight, situated on secluded street with beautiful landscaping and waterfalls. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, the food is delectable, and the portions are plentiful and freshly made. It's impossible to choose just one. Overall, it'll be heavenly.
I had a great meal, particularly those with the iced brûlée latte and lavender liqueur. The goddess salad was okay, but it wasn't too difficult to make. You have to pay for the additional ingredients like toast, bread, and jam, which costs approximately $4 each. My preference was the tomato soup & grilled cheese.
It has been years since I last visited with my sister and I loved it! The staff/customers are friendly, the beach is long, and the drinks were delish. I would definitely go back here because of the amazing food! Thank you for your recommendations!
The food and vibe at this place are always pleasant, as is the service. I'll be dining there for breakfast or brunch with my friends in Long Beach. One of the places I frequent is ice coffee that uses coffee instead of water; it's a great experience. My friend recommended me some tea before we stay here.
Live music and a cute turnout on Friday at 6pm made the place feel like home. The parking lot was sloppy, but overall it was adorable. Our meal was delish and the food was presented well. We enjoyed delicious sandwiches, cod croquettes, burgers, scallops (my favorite), and lobster mac and cheese, while the bathroom had ice cream in its cabinet.
The best neighborhood cafe always makes a visit, and we were treated to ice cold weather with my daughter. It's incredibly convenient for anything from breakfast to afternoon coffee or cocktails at this cozy spot. Locals can also enjoy refreshing drinks in the courtyard or on the terrace while enjoying complimentary beverages like hot chocolate or sandwiches. They also offer vegan options available.
The Ubuntu brunch spot in Long Beach is my favorite, and I was pleasantly surprised by its quirky decor and spacious parking. We usually park earlier than usual, which is always a problem when we travel there. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food and cupcakes are delicious, as well as the dessert options that make it heavenly.
This is a cute little spot in the area where you can easily get up early and enjoy delicious food. The food menu is simple and flavorful, with excellent pastries and coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful; all you need to order is provided at the front counter, followed by delivering your meal orders. Perfect for catching up on friends or family watching TV! Small plates and sides!
I've been told that this cafe is adorable, with a lovely outdoor setting and exceptional service. The owner, Danielle, is always available to greet customers and provide friendly guidance. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and accommodating, and there are many options for dietary restrictions. We particularly enjoyed the "nuri," which was served with soft-boiled egg cornichon and house green trimmings.
