The staff at viaje was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect dinner. Our 20th anniversary celebration was spoiled entirely by our own company, as we were treated to scrumptious food and attentive service. We started with deluxe options such as shrimp tetela and ceviche, which were both freshly made and perfectly served.
From my first visit to viaje, I was impressed by the exceptional tapas and creative service provided by this Mexican spot. The food is a true innovation in Mexico, with an emphasis on sharing and creating unique dishes that complement every meal.
I had the pleasure of trying viaje on my second try, which was served with cocktails that cost $16 each. I also enjoyed the paloma, pepino margarita and la condesa as well, while the octopus and chorizo appetizer was excellent. The mole was highly recommended thanks to the homemade tortillas and crispy tortilla chips. Overall, the skirt steak was delicious but not overly spicy. It would have been better without any more hesitation.
It's important for everyone to take a quick munchie on this wonderful day! We had ice cream and delicious food at the lively yet cozy lounge, plus we were treated to extra-friendly service from the staff. I also enjoyed their housekeeping skills and attentiveness during our bar visit. My friend absolutely loved it while my friend chose the pulpo which was perfectly balanced with fresh mahi sauce.
We arrived at this spot with a friend and were treated to delicious cocktails, beautiful bar, and an inviting vibe. Our meal included wine, appetizers like tacos dorados, ceviche (pictured), and empanadas de mariscoses (also available). I also enjoyed trying the flautas barbacoles served with hot sauce from their local restaurant.
Vivian's date night was a hit, with everything we tried being absolutely delicious! We definitely plan to return for more!
This is an excellent addition to 2nd street. We arrived on Saturday night with my parents and boyfriend, and we had a reservation at 8pm. However, we wanted to dine earlier so we joined the waitlist through RSVP. They put us on their patio right away, which was awesome! I ordered the tepachito, but my mom liked it more than others. It was delicious and neither did sweet enough. My parents were very attentive.
My nephew's recommendation was spot on, and although I can't remember the names, we both had a fantastic meal. We split it between my wife and me over the weekend, which included shrimp and crab empanadas with onions and cilantro. The black refried beans were delicious! Just like the rest of us, they tasted great too. Our table also enjoyed some chips but didn’t order the right amount.
I recently discovered a small yet charming Mexican elevated restaurant. It's refreshing to be able to dine in authentic Mexican style without being late for the visit. The hostess was kind and accommodating, and we were treated to ice cream at their cozy lounge.
