My husband and I had brunch at Talega, a small wine bar in San Clemente. We had lox on avocado toast for lunch, and we were treated to some excellent wine choices, including Cambrian Chardonnay from Santa Barbara. The atmosphere is lovely, with attentive staff providing indoor or outdoor dining options that last longer. Our dinner was accompanied by great food experiences.
We had a fantastic time at Barnoa, it's packed with people and the music is amazing. The food is delicious, and there'll be friendly faces all around. Our server, Melissa, was exceptional and managed to get us into the bar and make us feel very at ease.
Ensure you try the overstuffed acorn squash! Don't let Brussels sprouts slip and enjoy your salad dressing. Instead, switch to blackened shrimp for zinginess. The Catena Malbec was worth trying... spend some money on it and feel extra special :) Enjoy!
Despite my lack of knowledge about wine, I have been content with the place. The friendly atmosphere, impressive architecture, and a great group of people make it incredibly enjoyable. Just remember to clean the tables before sitting in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. It was heavenly.
The wine place was charming and we had a meat and cheese plate and several glasses of wine. The atmosphere was lively and the music was on hand, even though it was quite noisy on Thursday nights. I would definitely come back to this place as it is such scrumptious.
The staff and owner are friendly and welcoming, and the food is perfect. This is a must-visit spot in SC that's perfect for catching up with loved ones. Highly recommended!
We love the atmosphere and live music at this place, which is perfect for a close call. The food here is not that great, but it's definitely worth trying out.
This bar is notorious for its unsatisfactory service and food. My most recent visit to the establishment resulted in a medium-sized hamburger that I had to ask the waitress to return, as she was too busy ordering from the kitchen on burgers. Additionally, there were complaints about the staff's lack of attentiveness towards my orders.
The atmosphere is truly amazing. Featuring live music and the perfect balance of sound and conversation. Highly recommended.
Upon playing golf in San Clemente, we stopped by this wine bar and were delighted with the atmosphere and live music. We chose one of their amazing wines, including blackened salmon with kale and risotto served on an English white card and fresh gnocchi, which was perfect for our next meal. The breeze from the building made us want to return for another night.
