Enjoy the cheese beignets that are absolutely delicious and the burger is consistently tasty. I'm especially fond of the house made gnocchi with butternut squash that came out on me when I first tasted it. The downside is the slightly higher amount of french fries, which can be overwhelming at times (especially considering how salty some of them turn out to be).
The service and food at this place is fantastic, although the price tag may increase. I'd also recommend trying their PB&J with pineapple jam! Cheesy but delicious! Carnations wrapped in bacon bits are addictive! My little nephew couldn't resist these Shrimp Fries!
My expectations were met with optimism. I arrived at this place for brunch, but the portion size of the menu was disappointing as it did not match the quality of any other brunch dishes. The food was decent, though, with only cheddar biscuits and a nice sandwich.
After revisiting the original restaurant, Braise, a new American cuisine created by Anthony "AJ" Jimenez and Josh Hanoka, was recently introduced to the market. The menu is constantly changing and influenced by seasonal ingredients and any other culinary inspirations that come to mind.
We had a spot on the first weekend and we were thrilled to have it! The cheddar beignets we ordered were so delicious and delish that we couldn't resist trying their housemade biscuits. It was almost like being served in fried mac and cheese balls, but with one sweet breakfast option, we settled on some homestyle pancakes for lunch.
I would have liked to write a more detailed review. The menu was too small and the food was disappointing. Would you say it's beautiful?
