The bureau 510, located on Webster st., is a new addition to the area that I rarely visit due to my time spent on park straits. However, with more businesses opening up around here, I may have to reconsider! It's reminiscent of the popular Emeryville branch and offers upscale items alongside some new ones. There are no major drawbacks in terms of service or amenities at this location.

During my recent visit to "the bureau 510," I was treated to an exceptional meal at the restaurant. The "bba" burger, which had smoked applewood bacon, onion butter and jack cheese, plush lettuce, roasted tomatoes, and garlic mayo inside a sesame bun, was simply amazing. In fact, it's the best i've ever eaten because the flavors were perfectly matched; each bite was mouth-watering.

Vibe

Upon arriving in the west end, my partner and I were eager to try out some authentic food. We split the good morning burger over parmesan and cole slaw, which was an excellent choice. The beer selection is impressive with well-crafted wines and cocktails, especially since the sake company had an anchor porter bottle. Although I rarely drink beer these days, I ended up getting one instead.

Service

This is a great addition to the west end of the city in Santa Barbara, featuring traditional comfort food and quaint touches. Our server enjoyed our meal with "the good morning burger," which was perfect! The parmesan fries were delicious, and the beer selection was excellent as well. We also appreciated the lychee martini, which I ordered because it was too sweet for my tastebuds and had to order from one establishment.

Value

Visiting for lunch on a cold Sunday night, I was thrilled to find that the famous burgers were cooked perfectly in cosy surroundings and had an American Ninja show on the big screen. Plus, it was surprisingly inexpensive considering how many people there ordered their own hamburgers.

Mia, our server (spelling?) was very helpful and we had burgers, hamburgers or fries with onion rings on top. The food at bureau 510 is excellent; the plate presentation is good but too large for my liking. Our lunch included some recommended items such as an "r" in each item. We also enjoyed hot dogs and dumplings that were delicious without any signs of spoilers.

Menu

Opening in the vacated space of tu ki bi, bureau (510), it has an inside seating pattern roughly like that of sports bars with 2 outside tables and chef's specialties including alternatives such as burgers, soup dishes, kids menu items, alcohol, desserts or sodas. The food is served in two crisp but perfectly fried chicken pieces, both being fresh from the oil fryer which had a nice crispy texture and taste unlike most other restaurants.

I had a fantastic bbq bacon blue cheese burger with parm fries and happy hour at 6:30 pm. We also had some tasty spicy chicken wings that were not dry due to the lack of sesame oil in the sauce. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and highly recommend Armando's tips.
