I have been a regular customer of Inka Mamas since the beginning and always appreciate their excellent food offerings. My first visit to Aliso, where they serve delicious empenadas and succulent shells, left is my favorite. The green sauce that I love pairs perfectly with the other items on our menu.

The food is truly mouth-watering and authentic, with the most delectable ceviche available. Staff is always helpful, although reservations are made occasionally. Our friend who is a Peruvian spoke highly of Inka Mama's. We were introduced to the Lomo Saltado and had their tenderliin, which we absolutely loved! We have been back many times and would definitely order from there again. The tenderLengunos are so delicious! You can also go for white beans or salad with the rice instead. Our last visit was spent trying out the empanadas, both of which were excellent.
The Seafood Paella is a favorite among my friends at the restaurant. It's savory and packed with seafood, including fish, scallops, shrimp, muscle, and squid. The company claims to give it 4.5 stars instead of 5 because of the quality of its fried meat. On days when the pig was so fresh and tender, it seemed like the chef didn't care about making the dish. In comparison, I loved their overall service.
