My friend and I had just shared their Molé, our shrimp mole taco, which was even better than the cabbage and purple corn I got from this tacco place! The steak on the nachos was a bit sweet, but overall it was delicious! And I also ordered my second lunch of Cafe Del Rey with plenty of food.
They have a cute vibe and incredibly tasty tacos, including the fried chicken tacco. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is both indoor and outdoor. I also highly recommend this place. It's not difficult to imagine how it would feel like eating out in Central California with friends.
Our meal at this spot was fantastic, even though we are currently consuming less carbs and couldn't try the tacos. We were able to swap out our traditional tortillas for Chili Rellenos HuevoS Rancheros, which tasted great! The sauce was delicious, and the kids relished it. As I am an avid eater, you won' doubt not that good!
The name implies that Pour Vida will provide you with vitality! We were in the market, feeling full of hunger and excitement for tacos. Our fondness for Jarrito was evident on social media, and we were thrilled to witness the awesomeness of their bottles. Insider recommendations are endless, including Instagram-worthy locations throughout the restaurant and the iconic JARRITOS-RITA which my girlfriend absolutely adored had to try out during our visit. Highly recommended!
I had a great time at the restaurant with my family and enjoyed the view and sports. The overall experience was enjoyable, with food and atmosphere to match. It would definitely recommend this place to others.
Although the drinks were good, they were pricey (especially considering the cold beer and expensive street tacos priced at $7), which is still a reasonable price for tacos that come with quick service and charming decor.
I received a friendly and attentive service from Pour Vida, which is also known for its cute and clean dining experience. However, the food was disappointing as it was not cooked to perfection. Our short rib smashie was okay, but the meat tasted bad and there was no flavor or texture. The consome had small chunks of fat floating around and the tortilla was definitely undercooked. We also ordered X-rays with lime juice instead.
Despite the waitress not returning our reservation for an anniversary, Pour Vida remains one of the best brunch spots in Anaheim. We had a great time and we were glad to have made reserving tickets through my OpenTable app before being delayed by 10 minutes. I called back to make sure they remembered their reservation but unfortunately, it was overturned soon after.
On weekdays, I had lunch here. Street parking is a bonus but there's also onsite (the one on the opposite side has ten amps). There're also some pretty good patio seating -- especially for eating with dogs. For lunch, we decided to have the Short Ribs Nachos ($14) to share and start; unfortunately, this dish was not available as pictured, but it still packs well and tastes great! The nachoses are huge and juicy, while the chips are hard and chewy like that.
I made a reservation at OpenTable and immediately got into my seat. They have two seating areas: indoor and outdoor heated seats. Our appetizers included chips and salsa (the red salsa) but not the other three, which were tasty and similar to Yucca fritters. The Yucatán taco sticks were thick with melted cheese and served hot as part of grilled chicken sandwiches.
