Our reservations on Yelp were a stroke of genius, but the lines were long, like at Disney parks. We arrived within 5 minutes of our expected arrival time, and Trey was serving us for the first time today. He has always been able to provide excellent customer service. Thank you for your help, especially during this busy period!
A few days ago, we went to this place for happy hour and it was surprisingly quiet. We were quickly seated in the bar area, which wasn't included on the menu, but they did make an effort to create a lava flow there. Our meal featured potstickers, fried macaroni and cheese, cheeseburger spring rolls, and banana cream cheesecake.
Happy birthday to you and your partner! We have frequented their establishment with our family and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food served. The server was attentive, even tried to refill our drinks without asking us for more, and explained that we needed extra items during our visit.
I received a pleasant experience with regards to food, service, and drinks. The fish n chips, tacos, miso salmon, pineapple mule, were all excellent choices.
We received a subpar meal and service from the servers, but overall I would have gone with their sweet offerings. Additionally, the cheesecake was also very tasty, although the hotstickers were overcooked; my omelet was oily after being served for 15 minutes, and it took me ten minutes to get rid of the grease on my napkin.
The Cheesecake Factory is a favorite among our friends and family, who usually order from there. Our visit to this place was not unpleasant, as we arrived late and were familiar with the food served at the location. We also had reservations for the night before they opened, so it was better to be safe than sorry.
With Liz as the server, we had an amazing time and were able to finish our meal in just five minutes. The food was delicious even after being closed for two hours. We didn't see any pictures on our dinner until later that night; it was worth it.
For my birthday, I went there for a basic dinner since I was working with an early baby and the cheesecake factory would be fine. I made supper on Tuesday so it was good to go there! Although I had never tried the spaghetti before, everyone else enjoyed it very much. The cheese cake taste was delicious but hard at times too because of heartburn.
Despite the busy atmosphere, the Cheesecake Factory was definitely worth visiting in Canada, as it served good food and excellent service.
I contacted the restaurant before my appointment to inquire about potential issues, but Glen (perhaps the host) provided me with valuable counsel and demonstrated remarkable patience. By the end of it, I am highly satisfied with my decision not to visit even after 5 stars due to this unexpected encounter. Please continue to provide support!
