The sombrero heads to seor pepe's for their delicious breakfast buffet and the attentive staff who treat them like family. The buffet offers everything from molé, chili verde, sausage, bacon, rice, charro beans, plantains to fruit and breakfast goodies. We also enjoy posole, menudo, shrimp cocktail, and freshly made tortillas across town! It'll be worth it!

Service

Our visit to the restaurant for margaritas and chips & queso was a pleasant experience, with the waitstaff being friendly and helpful. The chile con quesie was fantastic, but unfortunately, our watermelon margitan and original house margunitá mixture were disappointing. We'll definitely be back!

Despite having been to seor pepe's before, my friend and I went there for lunch. We were promptly seated in the booth after ordering fresh tortillas and being taken out of the front door. The waitress was also welcoming and knowledgeable, while the lunch menu is priced at only $10. I enjoyed a side dish called chile relleno/beef taco with chips, two sides of chicken tender, and sliced green cabbage pico. My friend chose it over the regular sandwich.

On mother's day, I was driving through bakersfield and needed to grab dinner. Despite the fact that the place was already packed due to my holiday, it was a great spot for eats. I ordered burgers and sides including taquito, picco, and beef tenderness. Although I didn't order the full margarita, there were some tasty sides and desserts available instead.
