So I finally got to celebrate my girl friends bday brunch with this place! Instagrammed some great posts about it and the view, waitresses came over there and let me know how you feel. The food was delicious, the coffee was okay, but the views were nicer than many places on La Jolla...I'm not particularly home-town though it might be early April Fools' Day weekend or late April 24th.
Despite being on a solo date, I found the perfect spot with vistas of the ocean and plenty of seating around me. The patio is not very large but it's already getting ready for dinner and could be crowded with more people waiting in waiter uniforms. My taste buds were also impressed by their fluffy and creamy yogurt bowl. Although they made up some heavy portions, my overall rating was still good.
We went out for brunch on a Saturday and spent the afternoon with my colleagues. The parking conditions are not very good considering the various lots nearby. Although the website suggests valet parking for $15, it's not always available, and the food served up delicious meals.
Upon our arrival in La Jolla, we were treated to a delicious shrimp tacos and salad platter with spicy salsa from Birdseye. We also had the national holiday weekend and ordered burgers at their nearby Burger King restaurant before checking out for lunch. I couldn't be happier with the food.
