Despite my expectations as the manager, I expect you to deliver. As a hospitality professional, do your team members share these expectations? We arrived from Hawaii and were hoping for exemplary food service when we tried out at this restaurant. However, our host was too pompous, and we only experienced decent food and service after dining there. THANK YOU! (I apologize for any inconvenience caused)

The view I was greeted with was perfect for my wedding anniversary, but the disappointment I felt was not worth the wait. We were seated at a larger table and heard people gossiping about us. Our server neglected to clean our plates and cutlery, leaving us feeling uneasy and making unnecessary changes.

After arriving at 6 o'clock, we were told to wait for the right seats and several people waiting. When I reached that final table, they offered to take us there as well; 15 minutes later, our table was fully booked!

Value

The most remarkable part was the breathtaking scenery. We were seated right away, but unfortunately, we were not given our desired table space as we had planned. Instead, I preferred a back booth instead. Our table was packed quickly and Jonathan's server gave us ten-star marks even though it was early in the evening. He acknowledged our reservations and took great care to ensure our well-being.

We were excited about our Christmas dinner at the Chart House and were disappointed. The waiter arrived promptly with an order of 30-45 minutes, but we believe it was overdue as he was already busy. It doesn't make sense that the restaurant is understaffed for the number of diners around.

This restaurant offers exceptional dining experiences with outstanding service and the most breathtaking views of Dana Point Harbor. Our family and friends will appreciate the food and drinks served, as well as the outdoor dining options available for dinner. We also highly recommend this spot and its cozy indoor dining area. Reservations are recommended!

During my Anniversary celebration with friends at this restaurant, I had an amazing experience. The view of the Ocean with the Moon's reflection off the water from the windows was stunning. Additionally, the service was outstanding, and I enjoyed sword fish in the complimentary salad bar. Unfortunately, due to road construction, parking has been challenging all day, so I would not recommend anyone to come here.
