We were served excellent Italian cuisine. The owner arrived before we ordered and introduced himself, but unfortunately, Lasagna was not included on the menu. Instead, the owner went to the back and made it a special dish with conversation with the chef.

Service

We had a wonderful dinner here to celebrate the Friendsgiving in the late evening. The food was excellent, the server was helpful, and the decor was beautiful. I'll definitely come back for more! Thank you very much.

Vibe

I found this elegant, traditional Italian restaurant in the middle of Dana Point perfect for a family meal out. We had reservations and it was definitely packed. The waitress and server were accommodating to our long line and were available between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Happy hour (with appetizers) and dinner menu options are available, but they vary depending on the quality of the food. Our pastas were perfectly cooked and the seafood was fresh; overall, highly recommended!

The food and service at this eatery are outstanding. Jack's attentiveness and generous staff make it a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers countless specialties and wine lists, as well as top-notch dishes. We often visit frequently and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the waiters who attend meals.

Excellent service, excellent vegan cuisine, and delicious mushrooms, spinach, pesto/red sauce options! I made my vegan creations and loved every dish they served! Non-vegetarian friends were very pleased with their meals!

The restaurant is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, as noted by Meladie's 3 stars and the fact that it has a reputation for being like upscale coffee houses. The food is overly expensive and unappetizing, including the poorly cooked shrimp and tasteless octopuses. Our server complained about the lack of spring chickens in our dining experience, while our friends were treated to healthy food options. Additionally, the busboy was too noisy and loud. Service

We had an amazing time with the pizza and Mai Tai! The service was fantastic, and everyone was accommodating to our group. They give you a lot of Parmesan, which is beyond words.

The experience was nothing short of amazing, with top-notch service, fantastic food, and cocktails. We had the Cesar Salad, eggplant parmigiana, Tomahawk Steak Swordfish special, pizza doughnut with strawberries, etc. (my husband and I love their crustless cheesecake!) And what about the new delivery option -- they now deliver through DoorDash?

I know that hair can be difficult to grow, but during two separate occasions when we were dining at the restaurant, I made inappropriate comments and mentioned my experience of eating there for over ten years. Jack's response was an unprofessional one, asking if I needed any hair extensions.

Service

As a group, we went to jack's for dinner. The food was delicious from entrees to main course and dessert; the eggplant appetizer was outstanding (the salmon with angel hair was my fingernails); the salad with halibu and filet mignon; and the deserts were spot on. We will definitely return in the future!
