The best Teppanyaki joint in Fresno, CA is this one! Service is impeccable, food is always on time, and the chefs are always available to serve drinks. We especially enjoy their sushi rolls and appetizers.

Upon arriving at 645 on a Friday night, I and my friend were told to anticipate 1-2 hours of wait time. Our server promptly answered my request for our drinks and proceeded to order an appetizer. However, the food was not delivered and it took 15 minutes, with portions of salmon on top of the roll being insufficient even though we ordered small servings. The service staff apologized and offered no additional services. We went straight to another location because they were too busy.
