The waitress at this iconic restaurant provided us with exceptional service, and we couldn't have asked for more! Our waiter Linda personally recommended the lobster raviolis and seafood specialties, which made our evening even more unforgettable.
Excellent service, fresh and authentic food. Delectable crusty bread and olive pesto are served at the beginning of each meal, and the setting is enjoyable. The atmosphere is also pleasing to our palate.
It appears that this Italian restaurant has received a lot of 5-star reviews, with the menu being overrated and the food disappointing. The service is also lacking, and I'm not sure if it was mediocre. Still, I wouldn't recommend this place. There are other places in the area that are more worth trying. What can I do to improve my experience? Nope.
They are rude, and they have a reputation for being busy. I was starved and didn't try this place before visiting them. Instead, I ordered SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS from the parking lot without any questions or orders. The hostess took me to the bar and suggested something tasty, but I couldn'T resist! After 5 pm on Friday, she called me up and asked for spaghetti.
The food and atmosphere was excellent. I ate two pasta dishes and grilled salmon with the sauce on top, but the next day, I had to make it more substantial at home. Unfortunately, the server was not very helpful and I wouldn't return for lunch. Best deal!
Romeo Cucina is one of my favorite local romantic Italian places to eat, and I love how fresh their pastas are, the pizzas made in the brick oven are so delicious...and they also have wonderful gluten-free pasta dishes with fresh fish and perfectly seasoned vegetables.
The Italian Eatery & Bar has a warm atmosphere and upscale decor. The bar is always busy, even on chilly Wednesdays. We frequented the restaurant and decided to go to Romero Cucina for their Happy Hour menu after being informed that it was too late to order from the bar. It was fun to see the pizza being prepared in griddle-style oven with bare hands. Our waitstaff spoke English but we were not impressed. I also enjoyed watching videos of local artists performing traditional hand painting techniques.
Just wanted to update on my previous post, I have been to this restaurant twice and can tell you that our experience was a complete disappointment. The service and food were fantastic, including the pork chops and tortellini we were served. It's worth noting that this was an improvement over our previous visit, as it appeared that they did not provide exceptional food or service.
The management of this restaurant is reprehensible, with overpriced and unsatisfactory customer service. It was unfortunate that a driver intoxicated cut off another driver from the parking lot before entering the car then driving around to get alcohol on their tipple.
Although the service was good for 10 of us, the food was not outstanding overall. Our meal included Formaggi e Crostini, which was mostly average, with only ricotta, Parmesan, salami and bread. I expected to be served more authentic dishes from the local Ralph's, but my main dish was disappointing. The pasta that came with the main course didn't taste very good due to its heavy serving.
