I had a wonderful dinner with my friends and their dogs at this spot today. The food was delicious, and the server was attentive and accommodating, while the manager was always helpful and our appetizer was ribs and steak. We had an amazing meal, as well as an excellent run-of-the-mill menu. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Vibe

Our experience at this restaurant was the best we've ever had. The waitress and manager were both so welcoming and accommodating, and our conversations were delightful. We were seated inside while they offered seating for two people on Thursday afternoon. Additionally, their food was delicious, including dishes like "you keep the glass" menu and souvenir beer glasses that you can order from their gift shop.

Having never been to a bubba gump restaurant, I decided to give it ten of five stars after discovering the aquarium yesterday. The seafood spot next door was hilarious and I loved the music on there. It was very clean and staff were friendly; the food service was attentive, and overall service would not be exceeded. My husband and myself enjoyed our meal!

A perfect 7/10 from the food and service! The calamari was on point, but the fish and turf were not as good. The chips were decent considering the side dishes had fried jalapeos and chilis instead of chili peppers. I would still recommend the surf n turf to others. Mini corn dogs were also available for lunch.

I couldn't enjoy my meal of the charamed jenny, shrimp and rice, but unfortunately their homemade hot sauce didn'T meet my expectations. Instead, I ordered the "grilled" salmon, which was overcooked and not fully cooked. The broccoli was bland and needed a knife to slice. They also provided me with salty hot sausage that tasted like vinegar-infused seasonings.

Service

While the cost of admission is high, we want to make sure we're paying for everything we need. Despite having reservations with several other businesses, our trip ended at the aquarium before it opened. We were given a cheeseburger and fries instead, but later realized that there wouldn't be enough time due to some kids running around trying to play without their friends.

The shrimp at this restaurant was not only disappointing, but also unappetizing due to the undercooked and overcooked food. It cost us 420$ plus tip for two full meals. The service was subpar, and we had to walk around without any straws when we arrived back at the table.

The food and service were impeccable, except for the shrimp that said "i'm stuffed!" which my family found unpleasant. Our servers were attentive to our requests and provided all necessary items, while the restaurant was clean and decorated like the famous Bubo Guaya flavor profile. We had a great time at the location.

We had a wonderful dinner with scrumptious and attentive servers, including those lovely rainbow pens. The food was as always delicious, and the consistency of Bubba Gums with other dishes is commendable. I enjoyed fried rice on my plate after visiting the aquarium next door. Thank you!
