I've never had a chance to try the JINYA ramen, but this one was my favorite. The food at the restaurant was very busy during weekdays (I took it home and after enjoying some delicious grilled chicken) and the broth is quite solid, though maybe not that good. My only complaint is that there are no leftovers from the regular store hours.
The ramen in Long Beach is one of the best, and I loved the spicy chicken Ramen. It was juicy and clean -- but not hot as advertised. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the veggie toppings were too much for my liking. My friend and myself found the vegetables to be sticky and difficult to spread throughout the sandwich.
The ramen spot I frequent is highly recommended! The waiter was always there to help us get our food and promptly checked our table. The waiting time for our meal was brief, but it was still worth it. We ordered spicy chicken tempura noodles and added some edamame on the side. However, we requested more protein pieces as the portions were already small. Overall, they met my expectations without any disappointment. Although I would recommend them.
The staff at this establishment was very friendly and helpful when I visited on Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't busy, and we were able to taste the delicious yet flavorful tonkotsu black ramen that was available for an unlimited noodle refill during our October visit. Additionally, the tobacco-laden combo was one of my favorite dishes from their menu, which is sure to please every palate.
We were greeted with a wait for 45 minutes, but we ended up ordering takeout and picking it up five minutes early. Although the egg was good, the overall quality of the food was lacking in exceptional quality. The restaurant's decor was also impressive, and there were no reasons to return. I don't think we would have made any regrets about the meal.
