I'm not satisfied with the food served at another celebrity chef location that seems to have been abandoned. The gnocchi was unremarkable, but the wagyu and carrots were undercooked (which may be expected given my taste), the bread and Gruyère puffs did not meet my expectations in comparison to other places, and the staff and decor were both attentive and accommodating. However, overall I felt disappointed by the overall quality of the service provided.

Service

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were welcomed with open arms and had a wonderful view of the city from every vantage point, including the bar area where we could have been placed without any issues.

Value

Despite our initial success, we have been unable to meet the standards required for accessibility due to non-compliance with the ADA. My friend and I were told that there was no ramp available at Craft during our visit in 2015. Can you confirm this?
