The decor andambiance of Firefly is truly impressive! It's perfect for a date night, with the inside super cozy and the outdoor area filled with natural light. We were treated to exceptional service right away! Our meal included crispy pork belly, mushroom papardelle, chinese long beans, and grilled kiwi energy cocktail, which was highly recommended by our server. I also highly recommend the mushroom-stuffed poodle soup with parmesan cheese and pepperoni chips along with some tasty hot sauce.

Vibe

It's a nice change from the bustling restaurant to the lively atmosphere of Firefly. We went out for lunch for company and it was surprisingly tasty! The valet service is $10 + $1 credit card fee; overall, nothing beats the vibe this place! Our table served three courses and the appetizer menu ($78 DineLA) came with an excellent starter and sides. I also enjoyed the shrimp tempura salad with tangy skin and fried onion. The starter itself was light and fluffy, just like my favorite from Chef Mike

Menu

The addition of outdoor seating to the old parking lot was a positive experience, especially since I hadn't been there for years. It feels like home again and feel like it was thoughtfully chosen. The food and service were excellent, and the chili sauce was not mixed in just some skimmed syrup. Overall, they were tasty

Value

Despite being a mid-level lounge and restaurant, Firefly has upscale interiors. The bar boasts an inviting lounge area that resembles 'library' style, while the lights and atmosphere are impressive. You can also enjoy stunning lighting from your table, but the food is limited and expensive (at least $200 for 2 drinks with an appetizer and two entrees).
