Definitely the best bar in LA. Rouja is a class act that welcomes me every month! I come here for meetings, dates and even just hanging out with stools and other waiters. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it an ideal place for socializing.

Enjoy a drink at this local bar with its friendly staff and community atmosphere, where the drinks are always freshly made and served to perfection. It's reminiscent of the beach bar on the side of town, but more informal than the nearby street bar. Come in for some chilled drinks or join friends before your evening meal.

There's something about this neighborhood bar that evokes memories of the classic "Cheers" TV show from the 1980s. Rojia, the bartender, is skilled at managing busy bars but excels in creating unique cocktails. I find her to be a source of surprise as I struggle with self-inflictionation.
