My bro and I visited Islands for the first time since our trip last Friday evening. The food was fantastic, and my visit was a great experience as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed burgers and beer at the bar area. And speaking of drinks, Madi was very friendly. Thank you for your review, guys!

After checking out at Islands Mission Viejo, I'm back to finding great service and friendly staff. We were served chicken wrap and extra crispy fries for dessert after ordering there. The food we chose was not frozen-firm like usual; it went too fast and became too hard to chew. It turns out that some customers may have complained about the lack of frozen crusts on their pizzas. Why is this happening?

We decided to eat before heading to Zero & Famous for our Yelp Elite event after spending some time at the mall. Our meal featured a Hula Burger, topped with melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mushrooms; it was perfect. This one is my favorite.

The Islands at the mall was a great choice for lunch, and the lunch specials were fantastic. My husband enjoyed the fresh burgers and fries that were served right in front of us! Thank you so much!

Despite the occasional glitch, I'll continue to give a one star review. The protein burger at my chain was made up of two old pieces of lettuce and an extra hair on the sidebar, which caught my attention and the manager showed up to apologize for the mistake.

Our lunch arrived at this venue early, and it was chaotic. The restaurant manager waited for us to order drinks while we were waiting for the waiter. We also had questions about our seating arrangements with other staff members before being taken away by the hostess or waitress after 10 minutes.

As a regular Islander, I would highly recommend Islands take out. However, my experience was unsatisfactory when I tried their tortilla soup and French fries in early November. Although they promised it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, we arrived promptly on Thursday. After another 20 minutes of waiting time, after checking for delivery instructions, again no issues.

I enjoyed the big wave burger and Tiki Tenders, which are two of my favorite Islands dishes. The restaurant's atmosphere, with its dim lighting, was enjoyable, although the food and drinks were not particularly impressive. It would have been better if they had brought more wine or snacks.

While dining at the mall last night, I enjoyed dinner at Islands and both of us enjoyed the food. Although my friend had a Baja bowl with spicy chicken and my husband preferred their turkey burger, our meal was just as enjoyable. Next time, we ordered kingsize meals with less rice, but I didn't care much for the rice either.
