Rudy's recently hosted dinner for me and my wife, which was fantastic. They had the $30 one pound lobster special on Thursday nights, while I chose their surf n turf with filet. The service was friendly and plentiful, and we couldn't have asked for more great food. We'll definitely come back!

Value

Despite the cold and rustic nature of the food, the lobster roll served by this place is still very tasty and full of flavor. I'm thrilled to have dined here twice without any complaints. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with friendly staff and attentive service. My meal was ideal, even though it required my time on the premises.

We've been patronizing rudy's hideaway for years, even though they used to be open late and their hours have changed. My husband and I both had good experiences there; the meat was cooked to perfection, but the server didn't believe it when we arrived, and our server apologized for not returning us sooner.

Service

The local steakhouse and lobster spot is greeted by amiable individuals. The food was exceptional, but the heavy and thick clam chowder, lobster potstickers, and seafood louie were disappointing due to their dry texture and lack of flavor. Although there are no good steak houses with such amenities, everyone is welcome regardless.

We've been going to rudy's for dinner, and it'd be a great change from not having too much space. The food was delicious, the server was helpful, friendly and accommodating, even the price was below $200, everything was freshly made, including crab cakes, lobster rolls, prime rib, shrimp croquet, lime pie, salad green onions, grapes, cucumbers... Everything was perfectly cooked with care. Our meal included soup or salad, bread, dessert, all wrapped up in crunch coats.

Vibe

On Thursday, my wife and I went to rudy's hideaway. The service was outstanding, the waitress Carol was friendly, knowable, and helpful. We were served excellent food items, including seafood salad with shrimp, crab, lobster, fresh green vegetables, crisp clean veg (all in one dish). My family will be back there soon. What an amazing experience!

Upon arriving at Ry's hideaway, you immediately feel like someone from your early 20s walking into one of those dark candle-lit restaurants. The place has a wonderful family atmosphere and the bar is fully booked for drinks. I also enjoy their cold blue moon beer as my favorite.

The server sergio was attentive and friendly during our dining experience at rudy's, making it our first time there. We were served garlic cheese bread with fresh basil and balsamic over the top; Mr. Seafood had an extensive selection of seafood dishes that I happily ordered for myself. My daughter tried their homemade lobster special on Thursday night in North Carolina after visiting their family farm for lunch.

Vibe

This place was the first time I tried prime rib and I had to order there. It's been years since we last visited, but the reviews have changed dramatically. We made reservations on the same day and were glad to be seated there at 8pm. The food was delicious, and the waitress took us to a semi booth where we shared plates of wings.
