While they may restrict their cocktail menu to non-barber, North Park's casual dining options are the best. They also have a dog-friendly outdoor patio with plenty of extra seating for an afternoon meal. The General Tso cauliflower is one of the top appetizers in San Diego, served over 750 glasses of wine that is refrigerated and my wife usually goes for 212 degrees so we can choose between 0-4 courses.
