Vibe

During my visit to the wine bar on a weekday evening, I appreciated the atmosphere and company provided by both Ivan and Tim. The decor is exquisite, and Ivor is highly skilled at wine tasting. Although I am not an expert, it was enjoyable to see other people enjoying fine wines that were partially preserved in the glass.

The food at Polk was fantastic, with a wide selection of dishes including olives with anchovy and mushrooms, sardines, mussels, and octopus, all served with great care. The service was also friendly and the interior was spacious enough for drinks. There were no complaints.

There were numerous safety concerns at SantaCon, including the back area near restrooms with open locker spaces, dirty floors in the walk-in toilets, wine boxes in nearby tables, and fake free drinks deals. The bar was not equipped to allow guests to sit outside without any privacy concerns.
