Visiting this location for a movie is never worth the experience. Pre-order tickets online and choose your seats, which is an added bonus. You can also purchase tickets at the box office, but you'll be waiting until 11:30am for their 12:00 shows. The seating area is cramped, and you have to use your arm muscles to get them to move around.
I had a busy day yesterday, leaving only 4pm to go to the theatre and attend the barbie movie. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase tickets using Apple Pay as it requires prepaid debit or credit cards, so I ended up waiting until last minute to get my hands on the tickets.
Since the first time I went to see it open last year, I've been disappointed in the theater. The service and staff are still friendly, but the maintenance is not ideal. There were sticky floors and sticky seats. My seat g9 in theater 2 was broken, making it uncomfortable to sit. I had to keep my seat down.
With the knowledge that I had won free passes from the yelp event, it's important to know whether the service and food quality is on par with the hosted event. My daughter was able to watch the barbie at 6:30 pm, which made me wonder if there were any differences between the two nights.
Despite some issues with ticketing, the service provided was exceptional and it was refreshing to have something like that. Would you suggest trying out an advanced menu that includes local restaurants instead of just snacking? Thanks, too. Chicken wings from the restaurant were excellent! The climate is comfortable and peaceful; there's a great atmosphere available. Our waiter was very attentive.
My three visits to the studio movie grill have been unsuccessful in getting food to arrive until I noticed that my popcorn had not arrived even after waiting for 50 minutes. Upon checking in, another customer approached the service button and asked for an order cancellation. I did not want to wait any longer than required, so I reached out to ask the manager before my order was cancelled.
It's common for me to wonder why I can't always give my money back when going out to see a good movie. This time, I went to the gym for my second movie and had burgers instead of the usual ones. The service was decent though.
My husband says it is a nice movie theater (we usually order food here), the chairs are comfortable and they're also light, which I really enjoy. The popcorn and drinks are always good, and the seats are decent for lazy guys who like to watch movies together. We had burgers and fries at 7pm-11:30am local time.
If I could only give one star for the food, we would have been disappointed. Upon trying nachos and sliders about an hour later, they were both too tender with salt and pepper on them, while popcorn was available and it tasted cold like jelly.
