I've been to tipsy putt in emeryville, ca and it is a mixed bag that has gotten me quite pleasantly-rated 3-stars. The main draw is the venue itself, which is spacious enough to accommodate around 30 people for drinks with their buddies and some decent beer. Unfortunately, the food was not very good considering the size of the portions on the menu.
The game called 1-2 putt was not what I had anticipated, but it's an alternative version of mini golf where you play a table-style game using putting power and your hand is responsible for hitting the ball into the cup with number 7. If you make another attempt, both games will count towards your score, so that person gets to see who has reached their scoring mark.
With my girlfriend and a group of friends, I had the pleasure of participating in an exciting event in the east bay where people of all abilities can play. We arrived at the venue with great enthusiasm after driving to San Francisco for our unique game, which was perfect weather from sunrise to sunset.
Upon entering, the room is spacious and ideal for hosting small to large groups. It's not required to have reservations, but it'd be wise to arrive early. The bar is clean and reasonably priced, much like other bars in the bay area. I had the bahamas on Bay Street too, which were super cute. They are also very affordable. Enjoy!
This place is perfect for social gatherings with friends or on a date. We had an unlimited beer and golf package for $30, without any reservations. Our round of 1-2 putts was great, and there were plenty of tabletop golf games to enjoy, including corn hole, giant jenga, more giant connect four, board games, as well as cool drinks provided by the friendly bar staff. The trophy bar in front felt more like upscale Las Vegas bars.
I have a feeling that this place is small and pricey. I enjoyed 9 holes and $10 beers, but I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes. There's also remarked that it costs money every time you visit, much like how companies sell cheap printers to boost your inkjet passes.
Enjoying the excellent food, drinks and cool atmosphere of indoor mini golf and table minigol in our nearby area. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you!
Despite the lack of any major differences between their chipotle buffet and other ones, Tipsy Pottery received 5 stars for its drinks and food. The staff was pleasant and the location was convenient for our event, with plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. Our stay included a rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
The perfect mix of mini golf and brewery fun awaits me at this spot. We played for two hours on a sunny Sunday, with the help of incredibly helpful bartenders who provided us with suggestions and we had countless enjoyable moments. Our stay was short but enjoyable, making it more than just crowded.
