This south Orange County eatery is a hidden gem that offers delicious food and exceptional ingredients, including perfectly made French fries with homemade ketchup and fresh-made chips. Recently, they welcomed renowned chef Jose Urio back to the restaurant, which has become infamous for its outstanding cuisine.
This place is a hidden gem with an unremarkable location, exceptional food and impeccable service. I rarely give reviews, but this one deserves 4.5 stars. Bravo!
As a newcomer to Las Vegas, I wanted to leave euphoric review about Old Camp. Although I reside in RSM, the hotel and restaurant provided excellent food options and beer and games. Since moving here two years ago, my experience was always enjoyable because the chefs were knowledgeable yet professional.
A separate entrance separates the restaurant from the hotel. If you're staying at the Ayres Hotel, you can easily walk in and out. The restaurant is small yet clean and has an open concept with a bar on one end of the room opposite the TV and stools situated in the hallway to the side.
The meal includes a fantastic burger with campfire pickles, as well as delicious fries!!!
I arrived promptly and was seated with excellent service. The food was also very good, especially the burger that caught my eye. Overall, this restaurant is spot on.
Upon visiting the new and improved Ayres hotel, my family was pleased with their choice of burger, pastrami, and BLT. The food is homemade, reasonable prices are reasonable, plus there are drinks available to taste. We'll definitely come back for another visit!
Our family has a great time at Old Camp, where they have excellent service and food. The burgers served here are absolutely delicious, and the fries are homemade very good. They also make their own pickles and ketchup, but I'd rather avoid the sweeter option; I prefer the amors vinegary one.
Despite the promise of the restaurant's menu, I was disappointed to find thin, wet lettuce pieces ruining my chicken sandwich (which usually gets extra lettuce when you wrap), and also regret not ordering more fries. The girl who took my order was kind and offered me some chips instead.
Room service at Ayres suites was prompt and delicious. Highly recommended: bacon and chicken sandwiches, a scratch-made meal that is both tasty and well worth the wait. The remaining ingredients were consumed cold when we returned to our hotel for another night. I'm still trying to enjoy it!
