Upon arriving at ruth's chris on friday, my lady and I were treated to a fantastic lunch. We were given menus and then given drinks including mer soleil chardonnay, which she chose as our starter of the day. Later, we were presented with complimentary sides after being served food in the bar area.
The food at this place is always excellent, and the stuffed chicken is my absolute favorite. However, when we visited for my daughter's 16th birthday, they went for the lobster bisque, which was filled to the top with plenty of lobster. Meanwhile, others in the group chose the creamed spinach and filet with lobster cush, leaving me amazed.
It was an excellent experience for us to dine at this place for our anniversary and daughter's birthday party, with the food being incredibly tasty and attentive servers throughout the restaurant. We will definitely come back next time! Thank you again!
After booking at 5pm, we were seated and received excellent service from Amber and Kim. They made sure to refill our water frequently, provided us with additional drinks or portions of bread, etc. I was presented with a prix fixe menu that offered an option for entrées, sides (including spring vegetables and crackers), entrees in the main dish, and dessert.
My dinner was with friends, and although they didn't order the steak salad I wanted for lunch, it was a nice one. However, my waitstaff was not very helpful when we got home. The food we ordered was excellent, including pounded potatoes and green onions, but I preferred the 16 oz ribeye. Although I did leave some fat on the side, which helped make the dish more flavorful than the filling.
The place we went to on the night of the wedding is one of my least favorite experiences. We had a hard time making our first attempt due to having no free time, and it felt like they were trying to sell us oversized food items for extra cost. It was also uncomfortable because we didn't know who we wanted to spend money on since it was our anniversary.
Despite ordering from the most overrated steakhouse I've ever been to, Ruth seems to have no real understanding of how to handle it. The manager even tried to cut my steak in half to demonstrate that it was not cooked perfectly, as reported by another customer who complained about the cooking instructions.
I just had my uncle's surprise 50th birthday here with my family and it was a great experience. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. We also enjoyed the clean bathrooms and small shops in the area.
The steaks at these establishments are notably better, but they have an unrefined flavor due to inadequate grill cleaning. They are also overpriced and overhyped, with average customer service costing approximately 120 dollars per person. However, ordering a steak sandwich or two during upscale events like happy hour can add to the experience by offering fair prices and ambiance.
We received a five-star experience for both the service and the food. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making our experience exceptional. Our chicken entree from the restaurant's menu was fantastic and perfectly presented. We also had ice cream to celebrate her birthday.
