The best Mexican comfort food I've ever had! My meal consisted of a perfectly executed Caesar salad, 1/2 chicken with tortillas and crispy churros. It was heavenly. Thank you for your help in finding the perfect spot.

The exterior of Copas may seem unremarkable, but the interior incorporates some culinary traditions. Our server was helpful and provided us with ample time to make our choices, which we appreciated. The food served here is a reflection of their unique approach. We particularly enjoyed the corn ravioli, although it was slightly sweeter than expected. However, the sauce used was too strong for our liking. This place serves up delicious yet flavorful desserts. Although disappointing, our server seemed to have underestimated this idea.

Vibe

The first time I stepped foot on this spot was at the very beginning, and they serve some seriously good, creative food in a beautiful setting. If you enjoy sweet corn and alliums, try their esquites for dessert. It's one of my favorite places to go for brunch, lunch, or dinner.
