Service

We were treated to excellent service. The server was welcoming and provided blankets for the cold weather, which made it perfect even though it was already July. Our meal was delicious, and the view was spotless. We ordered two Lima Rolls and one Kaiyo Roll, both of which were outstanding. Additionally, our server had recommended the Avocado Edamame dip but we couldn't resist Papas Fritas.

Is it possible to grab a midweek pick-up from the rooftop bar at Hyatt Plaza? KAIY is one of three concepts available, located at this hotel and featuring sweeping views of the city skyline and the bay bridge. The cocktail bar and lounge offer dietary menus tailored to share with friends or colleagues. Many colleagues also visited during our stay.
