I've been wanting to dine at Nova for a while, so I decided to give it glee. The restaurant was empty and the service was top-notch, with an extensive menu that includes everything from Asian-Fusion to sushi and steak. I also ordered some hand-rolls and cocktails, which were all delicious. It is pricier than most restaurants, but overall it is worth it considering its high cost.
Despite its reputation, this place has some issues. For instance, the $66 buffet comes with dumplings and mimosas, while the brunch buffet is overpriced due to poor food options and inadequate supply.
After exploring various brunch spots in Orange County, I decided to give this restaurant a try for my sister's birthday party. The hostessant NOVA bartender and the attentive server made it possible to accommodate our large group with ease and skill. Our waitstaff was friendly all the way, and we were treated to the most delightful meal of the evening.
Following my fantastic dinner at Nova, I had the opportunity to visit their brunch menu. The highlight of the day was hosting an amazing brunch buffet, with the Hosts making it a great experience and the food overall; seafood and sushi on offer but definitely not enough for me! Additionally, there were also drinks and Alyssa in the room which left me feeling full and refreshed.
Despite my lack of positive reviews, Nova is consistently my go-to spot in California for dining and service. The food was excellent, the decor was friendly enough, and the prices were reasonable considering my experience at this restaurant. I've never had a bad experience before. Plus, their weekend brunch and dinner options are always enjoyable. Don't miss out on Nova!
Shawn was extremely helpful and accommodating during our large party. We were able to enjoy the food and drinks without any complaints. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
The brunch buffet was fantastic, with great staff and a lively atmosphere. I also found the restaurant's decor to be charming and thought it would make nettles for reception parties. My overall opinion is 100% that the service was excellent regardless of our server' level. The music was good too.
For a night out with friends, Nova Kitchen & Bar is the perfect spot. They offer 3 hour parking validation and are conveniently located near the Hyatt hotel. If you accidentally stay longer than 3 hours, you won't be charged for extra time due to food served up quickly. We enjoyed their Shrimp tempura with great flavor and may have been disappointed by the sauce which was too hot.
As I was in the mood for some socializing and drinking with my pals before a concert at the City National Grove of Anaheim, this restaurant caught my attention as one of the premier spots in town. Given that it has been recommended to many people from across the area, I thought it would be advisable to come here on Saturday. The waitress arrived promptly after opening their doors, but it became packed later than expected. Food and drinks were not included; there may have been some controversy, however, considering its high prices.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and excellent food. Overall rating of 10/10. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
