The stuffed eggplant, the oxtail ravioli, and the chicken tenders were delicious. Although the meat was not very chewy, it was still tasty! Our server Manuela was fantastic and gave us an excellent service. I would highly recommend this dish. It has a great flavor, with good taste, but definitely not overpowering.

Service

This eatery's food is a must-visit, with excellent cooking techniques. The calammari was tender and crisp on the outside, but my quail egg was too soft to enjoy properly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Service was impeccable, including attentive service from James.

Menu

We had a great time at Al Dente, with the staff and staff providing an excellent dining experience. I'm looking forward to returning for more experiences once I get back from Italy. The food we ordered was delicious, and there were some really good options available such as chicken tenders, scallops or mushrooms. Our server helped us understand their unique dishes without being disappointed with overly creative flavors that are exclusive to Italy

The restaurant was not very good, but the food and service were decent. I would have preferred more truffle gnocchi instead of the occasional truffle flavor. However, overall my experience with the carbonara and paccheri norma was satisfactory. The lemon cake and tiramisu were equally tasty.

Menu

Located in the heart of University Heights, Al Dente offers a great selection of modern Italian cuisine. The food served here is excellent, with pasta that comes out every time with ease and sauces that are both creamy and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the duck patta (left) which was tender but perfectly cooked, followed by pappardelle with Parmesan cheese and fettuccine to taste.
