Despite being overdue, I still found myself at this place during my anniversary celebration. The food was amazing, and the manager's name was also very impressive. It won't be an easy decision as we were celebrating in the park with friends.

The reviewer was rightfully impressed with the hotel's 5 star rating. We were able to enjoy brunch outdoors during the warmer months and the waitstaff was helpful. The food is delectable and attentive, and it arrived on time as promised.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine, fantastic cocktails and margstaff, and overall pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's decor was lovely, too. My personal favorite drinks were the Champagne Salad, Guac with pineapple juice, or Margarita with lime soda and lime nectar.

Despite the server being attentive and friendly, the food here was unappetizing. The ingredients were poor, and there was an overindulgence in salsa prices (which may have been a bargain at this restaurant). I wouldn't recommend it, especially given its relative popularity with other customers. Other reviews on Yelp suggest it might be rated higher than average.

Due to the constant traffic, we decided to sit outside. However, our waiters didn't provide water until 20 minutes after finishing drinks and food, while other customers were served water right away upon entering the dining area. We wanted to order from the brunch menu at approximately 1pm but ordered the fig omelette instead. I asked for one of the eggs on the table before being disappointed by the manager's lack of eggs. This was disappointing as we were the only diner to be served any water during lunchtime.

Excellent service and super fast service! Check out the chips and salsa! Crispy tacos, chicken & beef! Reasonably priced, considering the location, and they display a caring staff. Highly recommended! Great place indeed!

We had a wonderful meal at Carmelita's. Adali made every dish delicious, including the mixed skillet dish. The service and margaritum were outstanding! And the food and drink are nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much for this great place!

The restaurant is a great Mexican spot in Laguna Beach, right across from the beach. Although small, the food options here are delectable. My personal favorite is the shrimp taquito as an appetizer, while we also enjoy hot black beans with salsa and chips for dessert. Parking is difficult to find, but we found supper here.

The restaurant at Carmelitas is renowned for its outstanding service, including delicious habanare mango margaritales, mouth-watering guac and chips, fresh chicken tostada salad with our favorite refried black beans, and the most amazing fish tacos. The carnitaves served here were simply divine!

The morning was spent at the beach and I needed to find something tasty. Luckily, Carmelita's had some positive reviews on Yelp, so it wasnt long before I decided to try their crab jalapenos instead. Although I knew what I wanted to taste from the menu online, they were still delicious.
