Despite my first time dining here, I'll definitely return. Brittany was unhelpful and didn't seem to pay attention to our needs when we arrived. The food was decent, but the sauces were lacking in quality. Although the Blue Sky Burger had blue cheese, it was dry and barely tasted. However, the fries were good, and people made an uncomfortable noise about having to leave before 7:30pm or pay for tickets with a band that was coming up.
The location is perfect for entertaining guests from the area who are not from town. We were able to enjoy another breathtaking sunset at Skyloft after dining there with some friends. I would highly recommend trying the Sea Bass, which was perfectly cooked and juicy on the outside, as well as sharing it with my family over the weekend. Additionally, I enjoyed an Aperol Spritz, ideal for summer cocktails!
Outstanding off-the menu items! Shane created a drink named fruit fusion and sweet life that was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay!
The service at Skyloft was terrible. My friend's birthday was over two hours late, and Juan' remained attentive to our requests for food and drinks. I felt like my dinner party would not be complete until two more hours, which is disappointing. Can you recommend any tips?
After making a reservation for brunch at around 10am, it was already late, but by the time we got there, everything was quieter. The rooftop area is beautiful and you can use the staff to help you with your umbrellas up or down. I highly recommend the crab Benedict with mashed potatoes that were perfectly cooked; the muffins also had peppers mixed in.
SKYLOFT provided an exceptional dining experience for me and my wife who was visiting Virginia. The view we witnessed was spotless, but the food is unbeatable. I can't fault a place for perfection; people are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about cooking, and even prepared for our preferences with simple instructions.
After visiting a restaurant in September of this year, I submitted an unsatisfactory review that had negative comments. I was informed by the manager or owner of our restaurant and received stern feedback. Although I am not certain what they were saying, it was clear from my first experience there that I did not engage with rude service at all.
It always makes a good impression, thanks to the food and great band playing. Don't let the management pour your cocktail over you, instead choose the black-skinned guys and go with the Billy Band! Highly recommended! Enjoy!
The setting and the view are truly impressive. The staff is punctual and accommodating, and there's a good selection of food options from BBQ to seafood. Highly recommended.
A Sunday afternoon saw us having a late lunch and watching the football before heading back home. We inquired if the game was on and were given secluded seating in 'a room to our right,' which was surprisingly unoccupied due to its festive atmosphere and loud music. Our table was directly facing the wall at the front of the main restaurant where we had dinner.
