Located in the historic downtown area near San Diego's R Street, this tasting room and event space offers a mix of wine sampling, games, books on-site, live music, and local vendors. The owner was friendly and gave us dozens of different wines and cocktails to enjoy along with our daughter'Sony purchase from their estate.

Despite the winery's reputation for being in-depth and sophisticated, the staff'S knowledge and their imaginative menu combinations epitomize its character. The wine is truly authentic to the books found within the library, record albums, and the history of every brick in the impressive structure that they incorporate into their craft.

My sister and her husband had a wonderful time at this place. We went to wine tastings, enjoyed games, read books, and enjoyed live music. The staff was very knowledgeable and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to others. Our visit is always enjoyable. Thank you!

The service at this place is truly remarkable. I was waiting for the fox and goose, but it was worth trying because of its historical significance. The drink selection is impressive, with plenty of options for beer and whiskey as well. Even the wine beer hybrids were excellent too. Highly recommended.

With their exceptional wines and service, I couldn't have asked for more. The place is perfect for lounging with a book or socializing with friends, as well as enjoying the cool atmosphere provided by its rotating schedule of events that range from impromptu suppers to dynamic street art performances.
