The rustic and kitschy feel of this place is complemented by its country cabin-inspired decor and inviting seating areas. Our cocktail choices were either strong on any occasion or subpar, with complimentary cocktails available upon request. We also enjoyed an old school lunch at the pub called "Bad Bloody Mary" ($13) which had some serious flavor but was not as good as ours.
The accommodations were very cozy and quaint. They had the perfect high-end, wide bar bench that faced the entire building and had a TV overlooking it. I loved their s'mores beverage, but it was scarcely edible (no real liquid). Another customer gave me ice beer for $4.
Sipping on my s'more cocktail, enjoying the fire, and feeling like I was in a cabin all made me forget that it was so cold outside! Looking forward to returning for more drinks from their menu. Such quaint little spot indeed...
The cabin is an excellent addition to the midtown sacramento, featuring a modern lodge-style bar located on 21st street. There is ample parking and plenty of space inside for guests to enjoy their drinks. The interior design features resembling ethered cabin furniture with rustic rustic wood panels and elaborate decorations that create ambiance like home.
The drinks are expensive and the place is definitely not touristy. I'd still recommend this place if you visit Sac. The staff was helpful and patient, even answering my questions about the prices. It's noisy and packed quickly, so make sure to check in early! (I also never saw any cover at this location).
The cabin in my opinion was a dream come true, and I couldn't be happier because of the thoughtful decorations, big bears, lights, cleanliness, clean lines, plush chairs, attentive waitstaff, complimentary breakfast, dinner, desserts.
