The fact that we didn't receive any recognition or appreciation from anyone when we entered the Juju bar left us feeling uncomfortable and confused. We were seated in their seats after the waiter forgot to bring our drinks, leaving us with a messy mess on our plates; we decided to play games instead of eating together because my drink had spilled onto the plate.
As a part of relocating for juju's during our stay in town for the 3 day conference, we had some good food on the first night (tasting at 1 pm and back again) and also enjoyed falafel with onion and pepper, garlic and ginger slices. I appreciate their understanding of how gluten can be safely consumed without being passed through an orphanage.
I visited this place on a friday night at around 7pm after following their Instagram post about their seasonal gettin figgy cocktail. We appreciate the small plates and tapas that allow for countless dishes to be sampled during our meal. The setting is industrial, with concrete floors, high ceilings, large windows, and mid-century modern decor, but the bar is also stylishly clean and cozy. It was cold outside due to the AC blasting.
We had a great time, but the service was lacking. I had to flag down the server who tried different wines and then proceeded to wave him away before moving on to another person. It's not an easy task, given all the positive feedback from previous customers. The overall experience was satisfactory.
This place is a lottery winner, with cocktails that can make millions of dollars. We enjoyed refreshing drinks and tasty food at the cozy restaurant, which was also great for sharing (calamari strips and potatoes). The food was good, but moreish. Staff were friendly and helpful during waitressing times. Food was plentiful throughout the day.
Gang gang, welcome to gluten free! Did I indulge in the most amazing meal ever? Absolutely. Love the modern art style...not exactly friendly at all; the server was not very welcoming even after we finished our meal. But it was worth trying though because they didn't seem overly accommodating.
Juju is my go-to place for food and drinks after purchasing a season ticket to Broadway Symphony, and I cannot fault their excellent food. The service and quality of the food were outstanding, with exceptional prices that are unbeatable.
My husband and I went out for a late night happy hour date and were surprised to find the location of the restaurant nearby. We had driven past several hotels without realizing it, and we were taken by some good food options from their tapas menu. The atmosphere was very peaceful and the staff was friendly. Our table was grilled over the weekend; it's farm to table style, which is an excellent option.
My overall rating is 5/5 for this establishment. Upon my arrival at home, I was taken aback by the fact that they were connected until the last minute. The margarita I ordered from the residence inn was delicious and strong, just like the ones I saw last time. It was even better than the one I got there first!
