The red rabbit was our dining spot in December, and we were thrilled with the festive decorations and holiday-themed food. However, we didn't have a great time! We also enjoyed their delicious food and generous portions. Don'linger advice: Go early for drinks and souvenir cups. Happy hour!
We were seated right away after waiting for my friend to arrive. The server brought us drinks and promptly took our order, which took around 20-30 minutes. We ordered a cold but decent burger with fries and tater tots, split even though the ranch people seemed nice; we also appreciated their generous serving of flatbread (pictured) but regretted that the food was not hot inside as it appeared.
Despite winning the kings playoff, I was left feeling tired and unsatisfied on Sunday at around 3pm. The restaurant had a happy hour menu that included delicious gluten-free dishes as well as other options like crispy rice crackers or spicy wings and poutine. Their server was attentive to our requests for lunch and dinner, and we also enjoyed their house specials with hot water tempura soup from scratch.
The bar was a delight to visit, with plenty of booths and ample seating for drinks, as well as friendly staff serving delicious food and snacks. It's an excellent spot to relax after completing my first night at the location. I would highly recommend it!
I was eager to visit this place because of its festive decorations, including a ceiling decorated with lights, tables wrapped in Christmas paper and drinks served hot on top. It's also surprisingly good for parties (especially since it'll be closed for two days).
We were invited to Red Rabbi's for their annual christmas miracle pop up event. During our stay, we were disappointed with the service provided and the wait time was unacceptable. Our server was helpful but we had to wait 10 minutes before being served drinks due to poor service from the new bartenders. The drinks were not properly presented and we received two incorrect sets of festive cups instead of the intended ones.
Despite the exceptional quality of the cocktails and attentive service at the ossa buco bar, we were disappointed with the overall experience here. The music was too much for our liking, while the server's noise caused us to shout outside during dinner. Our server did not dress appropriately and served food in an effort to please patrons, which was disappointing.
The red rabbit cocktails are a must-have after the holiday season when I visit this place. I'm spoiled for choice, always choosing the morning glory option over the regular menu items. My favorite cocktail here is one made with elderflower, lemon and orange bitters from Lavender Brothers vodka, and vegan egg whites that tastes great with your pickle.
The red rabbit, which was once a beloved spot in downtown and had excellent cocktails, has been replaced by more upmarket dishes like the Manhattan Malt. Although the menu is now revamped, the service has not been as outstanding as ever, and there are still some issues with the food and drinks on the premises.
Despite the negative reviews, my wife was eager to go to this place where her friends had recommended it for Christmas decorations. We were seated outside even though it was cold and the food was delicious but we found ourselves in a nice cozy environment with some friendly faces. I'm not complaining now, as our seats are over capacity.
